This home was only about three years old, but every time the homeowners turned on the outside faucet, water would pour down the siding and run along the garden hose instead of flowing cleanly through the faucet. What should have been a simple outdoor connection had already become a frustrating problem.
Once we opened things up, it was clear the original installation needed more than a quick repair. We rebuilt the setup with a new frost-free faucet, cleaner connections, proper sealing, and a more solid installation designed to handle Flagstaff’s changing seasons.
Now the faucet works the way it should. No leaking down the exterior wall. No water spraying everywhere. Just a clean, dependable outdoor faucet built to last.
